TRG is seeking a dynamic IPT Analyst to provide the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Systems Sustainment and Readiness Directorate (SSRD) with IPT support and acquisition assistance.

This position is currently in-person with work being performed at the contractor facilities in Stafford, Virginia and Marine Corps facilities in Quantico, Virginia. Core hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.  


This position is contingent upon Contract Award.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Evaluate Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) documentation, offering detailed comments and improvement recommendations.

· Assist in developing and refining MPT-related policies, processes, analysis reports, and training plans in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs.

· Represent the MPT function in IPT meetings, working groups, and other collaborative sessions to provide expert input and ensure alignment with program objectives.

· Perform focused analyses to identify manpower, personnel, and training requirements and gaps, contributing to overall program readiness and sustainment.

· Contribute to the design and implementation of analytical tools and models to support MPT planning; develop draft reports to inform program decisions.

· Prepare presentations, summary reports, and other briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders on MPT-related findings and recommendations.

· Help coordinate and support execution of MARCORSYSCOM-related meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective communication and documentation.

· Compile MPT reports from various programs and directorates, maintaining an organized and up-to-date repository of reference materials.

· Work closely with MARCORSYSCOM's senior MPT specialist to ensure integration of training and personnel planning into the broader acquisition strategy.

· Support efforts to align training development and delivery with the operational needs of the Fleet Marine Force and lifecycle sustainment goals.

Education, Clearance, and Experience

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· An active Secret security clearance

· 5 years of relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications:

· Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or equivalent.
