The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to supporting government customers. We are seeking a dynamic Programmer Analyst to support the United States (U.S.) Department of the Treasury (TREAS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) with Records and Information Management (RIM) support services.
BEP's main objective is to enhance and modernize the RIM program. This initiative aims to address existing challenges, establish a robust framework, and transition the Bureau to a fully electronic environment that aligns with the National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA's) requirements and industry best practices. The initiative involves conducting a detailed records inventory, implementing an Electronic Records Management (ERM) solution that leverages the Microsoft Purview Records Management Feature, completing the digitization process of paper records, and providing training to Bureau stakeholders.
This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed at the Western Currency Facility (WCF) located at 9000 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76131, or remotely.
50 percent of scheduled hours are performed on-site, and 50 percent are performed through telework. Core hours are 6:00 am - 4:00 pm CST.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Specializes in programming and customizing ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) solutions, focusing on Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Designs, develops, and tests solutions to address specific RIM challenges, such as metadata standardization and automated workflows.
- Develop and implement new and efficient computer systems and software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs and resolve design issues.
- Create reports and documents outlining system performance and benefits.
- Provide regular technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Monitor system security and provide solutions for data protection.
- Create and perform tests to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Provide support during system upgrades and migrations.
- Develops solutions that enhance functionality.
- Designs, develops, and tests solutions to address specific RIM challenges, such as metadata standardization and automated workflows.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand RIM challenges.
- Maintains documentation for developed solutions and processes.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Stays updated on industry trends and best practices related to RIM and ERM solutions.
- Participates in project meetings and contributes to project planning and execution.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations and standards in all developed solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- US Citizenship is required.
- 7 years of relevant experience is required.
- Ability to pass a background investigation.
- Ability to obtain a government clearance.
- Specializes in programming and customizing ERM solutions, focusing on Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience in programming roles, focusing on Records and Information Management projects.
