TRG is seeking an experienced Installation Energy Project Manager to provide support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization (ODASD(ER&O).

This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed at the customer facility in Alexandria, VA (The Mark Center - https://markcenter.com/), The Pentagon, at the TRG headquarters in McLean, VA, or remotely.

This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Core hours are between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level support to ODASD(ER&O) staff across the full portfolio of installation energy programs, including assistance with resolving program/project execution issues, developing and coordinating communications/meetings, and execution of assigned special projects.

Experience and Technical Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
  • Must have 20 or more years of progressively responsible experience of which at least 10 years is experience in program/project management of DOD utilities/energy, Federal Agency utilities/energy, or large private sector utility systems.
  • Knowledge of DOD organization and structure.
  • A Master's Degree in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical management or related discipline that is relevant to the contract and experience at the OSD level is preferred.
